Swimmers are not to leave the pool mid-session without the prior permission of the coach. As a matter of course all sets are to be swum in full - not least to ensure a proper warm-up and swim-down. They are not designed as drop-in sessions. We recognise that occasionally swimmers will have to leave the pool early for various reasons but this is to be signaled to the coach before warm-up begins.

Land Training is a very important part of your training. It helps develop core stability, flexibility and strength - all important for better and faster swimming!

All swimmers in Club Squads 1-3 are expected to attend.
